From 10 to 15 June 2026, Make A Kid Happy and Thuishaven travel to Togo with one mission: to give children moments of joy, hope and happiness they will never forget.

This journey is about more than games.
During the trip we organise a large football event where children come together to play, laugh, connect and simply enjoy being kids again. Alongside football we fill their days with fun activities, playful challenges and traditional Dutch games, creating memories filled with smiles, excitement and warmth.
Many of these children face daily struggles and lack access to basic necessities. That is why we also want to support them with essential needs such as food, clothing, school supplies and care.
What we will do
Five days of football, games, care and unforgettable memories for the children of Togoville.
Big football event
The heart of our trip: a large football event where children come together to play, laugh and connect.
For a moment the worries of daily life disappear. There is only the game, the team, and the pure joy of being a kid.
Essential support
We bring food, clothing, school supplies and care to children who lack access to basic necessities.
Every item is more than a gift. It is a small step toward dignity, stability and a better tomorrow.
Dutch games & fun
We bring a piece of Holland to Togo with traditional Dutch games, playful challenges and creative activities.
A cultural bridge built on laughter, and a chance for every child to simply have fun.
Memories that last
From the first whistle to the final goodbye we create memories filled with smiles, excitement and warmth.
Moments these children will carry with them long after we have gone home.
